Size Exchanges Only (30 Days)
We do not offer refunds.
We offer size exchanges only within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a size exchange:
Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Tags must be attached
No stains, odors, or visible signs of wear
Exchange request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll ship the requested size.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Product Issues / Manufacturer Defects (30 Days)
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
Verified manufacturing defects will be replaced through our fulfillment partner, Printful. We will facilitate the replacement process on your behalf to make it simple.
